We are part of the Crystal Palace Band family and rehearse on Wednesdays. 6 o'clock brass, our band for beginners of any age starts Jan 2020.

Fun event this morning. Sang opening song from #RabunzelTheMusical, read the story, sang Dragon Detective & Solve Your Own Mystery songs, performed Death or Ice Cream poem & made up 2 songs on the spot about members of the audience. Signed some books. Next up @PalaceProgress.

As Lewisham's nearest brass band, with a Lewisham MD and plenty of Lewisham residents amongst our players we're deeply unimpressed that @LewishamCouncil @EHLewisham has such little regard for musicians and their need to practice at home. Even if it isn't detached or soundproofed.

News of how @FionaFeyMusic has been treated is incredibly upsetting. The 2022 Borough of Culture doesn't value live music or the musicians who create which is extremely disappointing. @JanetDaby @elliereeves @vickyfoxcroft are you able to help @EHLewisham understand the law?
