Potentially controversial DBD opinion, but Shoulder The Burden shouldn't punish killers who are chasing someone that is trying to use their anti tunnel measures aggressively to interrupt chases with other survivors (bodyblocking, etc)

Why can a survivor load up with DS and DH and basically be invincible during a chase with SEVERAL second chance perks that reward bad plays or fuckups, and then have all the hard work I put in be undone by someone just taking their hook state. I am not actively tunnelling this person out of malice, I just literally can't chase anyone else with them blocking doorways as I actively try to progress the game

FURTHERMORE, WHY CAN SOMEONE WHO HAS USED SHOULDER THE BURDEN TO TAKE A HOOK STATE ALSO HAVE SHOULDER USED ON THEM WHEN THEY GET PUNISHED FOR IT

I understand that the "trade off" is being exposed for 40 seconds but that means nothing, even less so when vigil is a thing and how am I supposed to act on the tradeoff when im on the other side of the map chasing a different survivor.....you know, not tunnelling?
