It's likely since both Suchomimus and Cristatusaurus have identical similarities, it's safe to say that they are the same Dinosaur. Cristatusaurus was discovered and named first, therefore Cristatusaurus is the original.
I guess Paul didn't keep up with the paleontology news.

Cristatusaurus lived in the Early Cretaceous period of what is now Niger about 112 million years ago.

It was named in 1998 by Philippe Taquet and Dale Russell.

Suchomimus was "discovered" around the exact same time and area in 1998 by Paul Sereno.
