They’re putting out promos of her fighting Adam Smasher 1v1. It’s literally the least canon, most inconsequential thing to add Rebecca and David.

Even with David I can’t find a quote specifically stating he can’t be in crossover games. Just that he’s dead in the story and won’t be in season 2.

@Wasting_Night I think it’s someone at CDPR. There’s no excuse keep her out that makes sense. Shorter characters are adjusted and the “story” reason for keeping her out doesn’t make sense when Johnny Silverhand is there
