What this guy has written is correct.

In Spain, they pay in December and June. However, they give them stipends monthly, depending on your agreement. Some players might need monthly upkeep and all, especially the low earners.

In England, they’re salaried workers, paid every month. The weekly stuff are just for calculations, and I know we always joke about it that they’re paid every Thursday, but it’s actually every month, epically in England and France.

I’m sure most places do same, except Spain which is twice a year, December and June. I’ve attached two videos of Nedum Onuoha, ex Man City player, and Onyeka, just for those that love to argue.
