At the National Workshop on Effective Redressal of Public Grievances, State officials and Administrative Training Institutes shared their best practices in grievance management.

➡Shri K Jaya Kumar, Director, Institute of Management in Government (IMG) in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, showcased Kerala's innovative approach to grievance redressal through robust administrative practices and training programs.
➡Shri L. Venkateshwarlu, Director General, U.P Academy of Administration and Management (UPAAM), Lucknow, highlighted efforts to streamline grievance redressal systems via enhancing training and capacity building.
➡Shri Chinna Rao C, Chief Grievance Officer, Andhra Pradesh, shared the State’s proactive steps in improving grievance redressal mechanisms, emphasized on citizen engagement and effective response strategies.
➡Azeeta Qureshi, Under Secretary, DPG J&K, presented JK SAMADHAN, a dedicated and systematic grievance platform, ensuring swift resolutions.
