@on_lothianbuses wonder where the number 10 was from Elliot road at 8:15 this morning. Anyone else late for work? Oh, they both arrived at the same time. Handy!

[CP @Pallichaz]

@EDI_Airport @swissport DM’d please reply. @EDI_Airport

[CP @Pallichaz]

@EDI_Airport @swissport wondering who is taking responsibility for the major mismanagement of 13 customers on Saturday. Still no response after 2 days

[CP @Pallichaz]

@EdiAirport @swissport Is anyone taking responsibility for the major mismanagement of 13 customers on Saturday?

[CP @Pallichaz]

@Ryanair @swissport @EdinburghAirpo1 @EDI_Airport I take it you are ok for this to happen to users of your airport?

[CP @Pallichaz]

Still no response from @Ryanair @swissport @EdinburghAirpo1 terrible customer service, 13 very upset customers stranded in Ed airport with nowhere to go due to combined queue mismgmt

@Ryanair @swissport @EdinburghAirpo1 @derryjournal Even more interesting to learn the it would be the captains call to reopen the gate for 13 people and none of @swissport even tried to make a call which was pointed out at the time @Ryanair @EdinburghAirpo1

[CP @Pallichaz]

@Ryanair @swissport @EdinburghAirpo1 13 people missed their flight to Derry due to a combining queue at gate 1a - no call outs, no staff splitting the queue and were now standing going nowhere

@Ryanair @swissport @EdinburghAirpo1 @derryjournal

[CP @Pallichaz]

@Ryanair @swissport @EdinburghAirpo1 @derryjournal @swissport very interesting to learn that there is no clear way to complain on your website which your staff @EdinburghAirpo1 promised

@ryanair @swissport @EdinburghAirpo1 13 people standing in a queue that looked like it was for the 1a to Derry. Decided not to let all 13 of us on the flight. Not 1 person called out to check and let us stand there.

@on_lothianbuses Would there be any danger of updating your app or timetable so people can rearrange their evenings or would you rather people standing waiting on your service for 40 minutes? I looked at the delays that day and no 10 was NOT mentioned.

[CP @Pallichaz]

@on_lothianbuses another day another bus that hasn’t shown up until 35 minutes after it should have. How about instead of sending 2 buses just before 5, send 1 before and 1 just after. It might not mess up people’s Monday evenings. #Shite #10

[CP @Pallichaz]

@on_lothianbuses The 1710 no 10 bus seems to have a lot of difficulty showing up most days so I wonder if it is time to review your timetable

[CP @Pallichaz]

@on_lothianbuses The number 10 from leamington terrace on Monday towards Bonaly. The 1710 bus did not show up so I walked to Meggetland terrace where i picked up the bus at 1750. Two buses arrived within 2 mins of each other.
