Not only closing form maximum form allways not available in Jhantipahari post office (Head post office BANKUR)
You have to buy them from an outside online center.
Please check it.

This is seriously a mishap by @IRCTCofficial. When I tried to book tatkal ticket at 10:00, it showed that the booking couldn’t be completed due to high load. Now, just 2–3 minutes later, it’s already Waiting list.

This is a scam!
