@fredericks44@Bubblebathgirl Sure please cross onto my property to ask me questions as law enforcement about my 1A right. I’m sure it will work out well for you. You site retarded cases from open fields like this bitch lived in a neighborhood. No judge would side with your argument you are where you should b
@fredericks44@Bubblebathgirl Another open field case this does not pertain to this incident as there is no open field if her residential house was fenced in. The feds cannot simply come into a fenced in property to ask questions. This is the law. There are no “open fields” in residential property retard.
@fredericks44@Bubblebathgirl You can stop replying being a low iq retard. Dunn DID NOT have fencing. I was stating if he did then the case would have been thrown out as an investigation cannot enter property without a warrant. Fenced in property is considered the curtilage.
@fredericks44@Bubblebathgirl And also in dunn u retard this is an open field. If dunn would have enclosed his property like I suggested the woman should then this would have been direct violation of his rights.
@fredericks44@Bubblebathgirl Hahaha I would get this objection thrown out so fast this is a case of investigation for an online post with no threat not a DEA investigation where evidence can be destroyed. I respect your service but there is a reason you are in the force not in a courtroom. Go away
@fredericks44@Bubblebathgirl No you are just ready to bend over for big brother daddy. If there was a fence around this lady’s yard and they opened it to ask questions this I would be very rich.
@TaryxShadow@chrisdknowles1@Bubblebathgirl Bend over harder for big brother daddy. Sure big brother daddy investigate me all you want please infringe on all my protected rights big brother daddy. This is you the govt cuc
