Palmdale’s future took center stage at this year's State of the City address: "Honoring Our Past, Celebrating Our Future."
Community members, business owners and regional partners gathered at the Palmdale Playhouse to reflect on local history and explore the investments driving our community forward.

🚧 Palmdale Boulevard/SR-14 Interchange Improvements Update 🚧
Construction on the Palmdale Boulevard/SR-14 Project (PN 672) is officially 93% complete! Crews are currently focusing on landscaping, final traffic signal work, street signing and irrigation revisions — with traffic signals at Division Street and the northbound and southbound off-ramps now fully installed.
Traffic Advisory:
🚦Expect intermittent lane closures on Palmdale Boulevard, but at least one lane will remain open in each direction at all times.
🚦Expect intermittent closures on the SR-14 on and off-ramps will take place for ongoing irrigation and landscaping work.
Looking ahead, full project completion is on track for February 2027.
