@missabbyg1@DrazinMatthew Me too! I love what you said about feeling heard because each teacher brings something different to the school. All ideas are important, whether they’re good or bad. #cep416#PSTPLN
@MsBHoffman@DrazinMatthew I agree! Having a support system within your school is a key component to successful teaching. Motivation is also important in allowing teachers to be a part of a community. #cep416#PSTPLN

As an educator I will be looking for a diverse, inclusive education program that is opportunistic & adaptive. A school that supports assistive technology with educators who use various methods of teaching. #cep416#PSTPLN
@misstuthill@DrazinMatthew Agreed! I have also had the same experience using Pinterest & then leading me to articles/other resources. I love that aspect as well as the creative side of the app! #cep416#PSTPLN
@JewelTayler@SarahB1456@DrazinMatthew Me too! Pinterest has the best crafts & fun ideas for the classroom! Students can also use Pinterest as a resource for developing their own ideas/projects. #cep416#PSTPLN
@DrazinMatthew A4
My favorite social-media teaching resources are Pinterest & YouTube. Although YouTube doesn’t provide as much of a communication factor it’s great for watching other educators teach lessons. Pinterest is more interactive & creative! #cep416#PSTPLN
@MCep416@DrazinMatthew I agree! Giving students strategies like study techniques & feedback is a key component of learning. Especially for teachers, giving students feedback to specific materials/concerns is helpful to their learning progress. #cep416#PSTPLN
@abby_green_@DrazinMatthew I love the idea of letting students explore! Students can learn problem solving skills from early on to observe, identify, & fix problems they encounter! #cep416#PSTPLN
@DrazinMatthew A3
Problem solving is a skill for both students & teachers. Teachers need to be able to adapt content & use supplemental materials to prepare lessons in the classroom. Problem solving is used as a skill for students to fix potential barriers in their learning. #cep416#PSTPLN
@misslandryshort@SchwinkeAlly@DrazinMatthew I think Pinterest, along with twitter are two platforms that are great for growing your teaching community. They both are great for sharing & extending ideas, along with including visuals and even lesson plans. #cep416#PSTPLN
@kaat_katrina@DrazinMatthew I agree! Not only online interaction, but putting in the effort to discuss your ideas & conversation over social media & transforming those ideas through face to face interaction. #cep416#PSTPLN
@DrazinMatthew A2
Growing and creating a PLN platform can be achieved by communicating & connecting with educators, peers, & others involved in the education field. Interaction is a key component of success through social media. #cep416#PSTPLN
@abby_green_@DrazinMatthew I love what you said about success & giving options! Using different channels of media is a great way to give students different outlooks and information. #cep416#PSTPLN
@MollyMc73637899@DrazinMatthew I agree! Using a diverse range of materials and different presentation of methods is beneficial for students that learn easier through different practices. #cep416#PSTPLN
@DrazinMatthew A1
Meeting the needs of all students means knowing your students. Making lessons adapatable & implementing resources that adhere to all students needs. Assistive technology and communicative teaching practices will increase students ability to learn. #cep416#PSTPLN
