Vaping marijuana has risen 58% IN THE LAST YEAR by high school youths. To learn more, come to Rancho Bernardo High School tomorrow, 10/24, 6:30-7:30pm (13010 Paseo Lucido – Library Projection Room). Speaker will be Joe Eberstein from the Marijuana Prevention Initiative.
