Families in Tennessee are struggling, and Mark Green continues to do nothing. I’m fed up, and I know many Tennesseans are too. That’s why today I’m announcing my run for Congress.

Why is Barksdale Reading Institute credited for Mississippi's reading success, switching to an online teacher training program called Reading Universe? https://t.co/wk4yOiH5Fj
@GBbeliever4life@jcbowman You have a special calling Heather. Support and programs for teachers and parents as special needs kids grow up is SO important. The hard question of what happens when our kids grow older and lose their family support is not discussed. Who will watch over them when we are gone?
@jcbowman Parents and grandparents must work through all the mental and sometimes physical stresses and needs with very little help. Programs either do not exist, lack funding, unaffordable or not available nearby. 1 in 6 children need help and not all parents handle their role well.
Science of Reading camp never discusses the importance of picture books. How much time do children get to explore them? How often are they read to for enjoyment? This is worrisome. https://t.co/VeF7LiCCLD
@NashvilleScene Do you think Nashville would benefit If the city worked as hard to find money creating family friendly entertainment and jobs for youth instead of more sports venues?
