Meet Terry Schanz, chief of staff to Democratic Assemblywoman Tina McKinnor of California.

Schanz, who draws a taxpayer-funded salary of roughly $208,000 a year, used work hours to print and distribute flyers confronting independent journalist Nick Shirley. The flyers claimed Shirley has a “small penis” and challenged him to “prove me wrong” with Schanz further demanding to see Shirley’s genitalia as proof.
