@FedExEurope Standard excuse - someone has access. This is a huge problem, and someone with some actual clout at @FedExEurope should be doing something about it, not leaving it to you to have to write the same thing to the 1000s of people who are left stranded.
@FedExEurope How can you have our passport for 11 days and not attempt to actually deliver it, just keep saying it's coming the next day? Send address, I will come and get it myself.
@neilhimself@FedExEurope They've had ours since 11 November, no attempts to deliver, but apparently it's coming every day so far. You can't call, you're just on hold and cut off after an hour!
