"I just got a letter home from my kids' school regarding my child’s attendance.

Apparently, the government is concerned with his absence thus far into the new year. We went on a family holiday for a week and then he had the flu. If the government was as concerned about my child’s education as they claim to be, perhaps they wouldn’t have a no school Friday every other week, a week off in March for “teachers convention week”, followed by an additional week off in April for spring break. 15 days over the Christmas holidays & nearly 2 months every summer.

I tore the letter up and threw it in the trash-where it belongs.

If the government actually wanted what is best for my child, they would incentivize proper health care, wouldn’t have forced the children into isolation for half a year, wouldn’t have requested we muzzle our children, wouldn’t have forced vaccines on both young adults, children and bread winners of families.
The government wouldn’t be taxing us to death with things such as a new carbon tax that will do zero to stop emissions. The government wouldn’t be bringing in immigrants en massé and might put the economic value of their citizens first.
If the government actually cared about our children, they wouldn’t be using the education system as an indoctrination center to increase their ability to destroy the family unit and further push a new world agenda.

Furthermore, they wouldn’t attempt to install fear into parents who are struggling to raise their families in extremely difficult times.

Let's dissect this: Poilievre has reservations about the World Economic Forum's influence. So what? Since when did questioning international organizations become a taboo? The article's sly mention of past Conservative leaders attending WEF events merely underscores Poilievre's boldness in choosing a different direction—one that echoes the apprehensions of countless Canadians.

And this attempt to paint concerns about digital IDs and personal privacy as some fringe paranoia? It's laughable. We're living in an era rife with data breaches and privacy scandals. Raising concerns about digital IDs isn't some wild conspiracy; it's a genuine issue millions share.

Then we have Mr. Bratt's insinuation: Poilievre might just be 'playing the game' to woo voters from the People's Party of Canada. Could it be, Mr. Bratt, that Poilievre actually believes in what he's advocating? Or in your world, is principled politics just a fairy tale?

And the cherry on top: the elitist condescension dripping from the report's portrayal of populism. Apparently, in their view, anyone swayed by populist arguments is just a fearful, easily-manipulated pawn. The arrogance is staggering.

This article, with its thinly-veiled biases and glaring omissions, serves as a perfect example of why so many no longer trust mainstream media narratives. Critical thinking is the order of the day, folks.

8/ demanded they cover their identity and ability to express themselves in public

9/ coordinated which speech and viewpoints would be allowed in the public square
