Teachers' pay has fallen in real terms since 2010. But has this happened to the same extent in other OECD countries?

Hello! We are a new project at @durham_uni's Department of Sociology (@DurhamSociology), led by @jana_bacevic. We explore, challenge, and publish on intersections of epistemic injustice and intellectual positioning! Check out our work: https://t.co/KsENdmE0VE
UK academic staff are not paid well by international standards or enough to keep up with UK inflation. Cuts to retirement benefits are cuts to their compensation. This is unjust and threatens universities that have remained excellent while so much has declined. @UCU.
.@UCU's demands in their dispute are reasonable, realistic and affordable.
That's why 50 MPs and Peers have written to @UCEA1 and @UniversitiesUK urging them to invest in their staff.
