We successfully completed our first site initiation visit for the STEP2C study at TASK in South Africa. We are so excited to start enrolling our first patient soon! @PanACEA_II@EDCTP
Today Norbert Heinrich presented the PanACEA SUDOCU study results at @CROI_Official in Seattle: sutezolid on top of a background regimen (bedaquiline, delamanid, moxifloxacin) was well tolerated when given over 12 weeks and improved the treatment efficacy modestly. TNX to @EDCTP

Status update: DECODE recruitment finalized! This is the second dose finding study PanACEA completed in 2022. We continue to work together with LegoChemBio to get those long anticipated delpazolid exposure-response results.
