Courts exist across Africa. None carry jurisdictional authority to enforce inter-governmental judgements, resolve federated transactions or hold public institutions accountable across borders. The Pan African Court℠ under establishment, by design, does. #AfricanFederationTreaty
For questions of boundary, reparations, jurisdiction between nations and commercial disputes that cross them, Africa has lacked a single body with the authority, the precision and the administrative reach to enforce fairness at scale. That absence ends with the @PanAfricanCourt.
A 2022 chat I had with God (/whatever you call that calm, quiet, powerful voice of reason):
Me: Really? A dev trust, central bank, court & military for Africa?
Him: Yup!
Me: I barely believe in you. Am I even good enough? Why me?
Him: Why not you?

Special administrative regions are a proven governance tool: a zone of distinct legal and commercial rules operating within a broader sovereign framework. The Pan African Court℠ (@PanAfricanCourt) is advancing this architecture for Africa. #AfricanFederationTreaty
Before the gavel, there was the Palaver tree. Africa's pre-colonial legal systems were restorative, community-led and philosophically rigorous long before Western jurisprudence named itself law. The forming @PanAfricanCourt is their institutional heir. #AfricanFederationTreaty
A brief note to our partners, observers, and those following the work.
https://t.co/YrqzWhuAEp is in active transition. The site you encounter today is a holding page. The full institutional architecture of Africa’s Sovereign Development Trust® goes live over the coming weeks — permanently hosted, strategically moving towards the Permaweb, with blockchain-based e-commerce and cross-border payment functionality, built to the standard the institution and the continent require.
You will also notice our brand motif correcting to the Pan-African sequence: red, black, green. The flag of the continent ASDT serves, not any single nation within it, no matter how beloved.
Foundations are not visible. That has never made them less real. ASDT is building accordingly.
The architecture is in motion.
