Pancreatic cancer is 5th commonest cause of cancer death. Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund is the only UK charity exclusively funding research to defeat it.
Congratulations to our team at the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund Tissue Bank (PCRFTB), who have achieved a landmark international accreditation for excellence in biobanking ๐

@sallyjournalist We're so sorry to read of your mum's death. Like you, we think the staff involved with pancreatic cancer patients at Southampton are brilliant. Thank you for setting up the JustGiving tribute page in your mum's memory.
Fantastic effort at @UHSFT using cutting-edge technology to treat patients with pancreatic cancer. Two simultaneous Whipple's procedures: one using intra-operative radiotherapy for borderline/locally advanced, whilst another team undertook a robotic case in an adjacent theatre!
