@kirstler31 I will mix it into a little warm or even hot water to get it dissolved first then cool with ice and then add cold the rest of the way. It helps

For head/face specifically I like this video, it’s nice when you’re sick/stuffed up too. For the whole body you can do dry brushing, rebounding(jumping a bit in place is enough), tapping gently at the major points…once you start looking you’ll find tons
@jinxland They will swarm on warm/sunny days so if they come back/you notice a pattern then I might worry otherwise maybe just coincidence. They can be nesting inside a structure for a decade before anybody notices them
@jinxland How many is a lot? I’m not sure what the difference is depending on season but it could be a carpenter ant infestation in which case I’d alert your landlord. I least with one last year 🥲
@spinstresskayd1 @defnotadino For some people resting like that is work, but I find that doing that instead of pushing myself to do even a little bit is more helpful when that’s what I need
@spinstresskayd1 @defnotadino I limit extracurriculars(even text/phone convos) and let myself rest in peace and quiet/sleep as much as I can. I guess it’s kind of meditative but I’m not actively trying to do that. I just need physical and mental rest
@clhubes The book “positive discipline” helps me lot when I am truly confounded by my kids behavior. This chart is from it. Start with column 2,3,&4 to look for matching situation/feelings
