Ethically and business-wise, Swiggy failed. My order wasn't delivered, I connected twice via their app to a service partner who admitted he had the undelivered package but couldn’t help. Despite raising the issue, Swiggy showed helplessness and chose to do nothing.

A letter given to ACEO on 10.05.2016 by LordsBuyersAssociation. He treated it as complaint under UPApartmentAct2010. It is still pending with @CeoNoida. As per Act no major change in bldg plan can be done without consent of 2/3 rd allottees. Cancellation of plot is thus illegal.

यही हाल बेंच 2 का अब तक रहा है. ओक्टोबर 2018 से लेकर अब तक इस प्रोमोटर के विरुद्ध धारा 7 के प्रकरण में बेंच का व्यवहार संदेह की परिधि में आता है. यदि आप प्राधिकरण की छवि को बचाना चाहते हैं तो कुछ सार्थक कदम उठायें. @CMOfficeUP चाहें तो उप्ररेरा की एक विशेष जाँच करवाना उचित होगा.
