Order #790006 placed at 12:26 PM for ₹1,542. It’s now 1:59 PM and still undelivered. App stuck on “17 mins away” for over an hour. Store isn’t answering, customer care can’t reach them, and Domino’s refuses to cancel/refund.

@dominos_india @dominos And after a wait of 3 hours, they've cancelled their order. Without any regards to the harassment caused by failure to deliver, failure to resolve customer griviance, failure to cancel order when asked 2 hours back.

Who is going to compensate me and our team for that?

@dominos_india @dominos This is unacceptable service. I want the order cancelled, a FULL ₹1,542 refund, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and loss of time.

I have screenshots and call records documenting this entire ordeal. Please resolve this immediately.
