Due to a bug we discovered in the qualifiers, the use of the tornado spell by Wildwing Ripper is forbidden around enemy heroes. This means that you can use the neutral creep to block, to attack, to tank on lanes and in fights, but you are not allowed to use the tornado. 1/2

@ZyoriTV It sounds completely stupid, but try clicking on the cast icon at the bottom of the video rather than the cast in the options (if you didn't). For some reason it works better for me
