@FortniteStatus I need help PLEASE this has been on a time now, I used to be able to join tournaments and get rewards, but I haven't been able to join for months, every time I try to join it says not ranked and play a game to rank up I do this and it still won't let me, it says play a game,HELP!

@HYPEX I can't get into any tournaments, I'm ranked Platinum, but when I try to enter to get rewards it keeps saying play a game to get ranked but I'm already Platinum so I tried to play the game and it won't let me, it still keeps saying play a game to rank up, I played in tournaments

@laskakedrevu @FortniteStatus I'm having the exact same issue, I used to join these all the time to get the umbrella's, but now it does me the same way, I haven't been able to join at all and it's getting to be BS, I try to get all the rewards.
