The setup, the pause, the reveal, the credit: one PNG carries the whole Panelpigeon story. Export a finished strip instead of asking someone to reconstruct four separate screenshots.
“Good news” was a perfectly good ending. “Wrong address” might be better. Save a story version in Panelpigeon before trying the odd idea. The first ending is still there to restore.
Put the blank letter before the dramatic pause: confusion. Put it after: a punchline. Panelpigeon lets you move the frames until the pigeon lands the joke.
A grid lets the eye wander. A strip carries the joke across. A stack makes the reveal wait below. Panelpigeon is coming with three ways to give the same four frames a different rhythm.
A pigeon finds a letter. Reads it. Pauses. What happens in frame four? Panelpigeon is coming: a small editing desk for stories with one more turn. Public submissions are planned.
