We are grateful to the heads and teachers of all the schools within the landscape for welcoming us into their respective schools. Together weโll create a safe haven for our scaly friends "pangolins" and other wildlife species.
As part of our @CLPawards funded project in the Agumatsa landscape in the Volta Region, Ghana, we will be initiating wildlife conservation clubs in basic schools within the landscape.
This is to help spread conservation messages across to the communities and change attitudes ofinhabitants. We believe that the sustainability of wildlife conservation depends on how well these kids understand the concept.
We accepted an invitation by year 3 students of Al-Rayan international school to speak about extinction and pangolin conservation. We choose the title โProtecting Pangolins todayโ. At the end of the lecture the students appreciated the need to support pangolin conservation.
Pangolin Gh is working to save the endangered Pangolin species in Ghana ๐ฌ๐ญ. In the last two weeks we have rescued and safely released a mother and baby pangolin and a baby Pangolin.

Pangolin-GH - Enhancing rural livelihoods through grassroots conservation initiatives to support the conservation of the endangered pangolins in Ghana.
Happy to announce that our livelihood support program funded by @ruffordgrants has started yielding positive results. About 15 of the bee hives have been colonized and some beneficiaries have also constructed more bee hives in addition to what they were freely supplied.
