🔥My hottest take for Raven is that I wish her fandom would discuss her weaknesses more often, while yes it’s fun to talk about how powerful your fav can be, it’s important to realize that weaknesses and limitations are what make characters interesting. In Ravens case, her greatest strength happens to be her greatest weakness (empathy). Creating a paradox where, to use her powers fully, she must feel, but feeling too deeply can unleash the darkness within her. This is an aspect of her character that truly makes her fascinating and such an interesting character when done right (something beyond just being the daughter of trigon).🐦‍⬛
