@BakraofDv I have fought this battle to save my own brother. We gave tough fight and eventually matter got settled eventhough we had all proofs to prove the adultery. Its not the law that is weak..its judiciary system that makes ppl impatient and eats almost his life to prove his innocence

@Sahodar_Nikki I filed mutual divorce petition for my client.Wife didn't ask a single penny as a maintenance.When honb'le judge went through the petition he was amazed and confirmed twice that you sure you don't want maintenance.Even judiciary find it surprising if maintenance is not demanded.
