@RailMinIndia Getting calls from scammers mers on behalf of IRCTC. On raising the complaint for vendors, where as Railway authorities are least bothered. This is very very unfortunate and matter of concern. I m going to file petition against this in court.

@indianrailway__ why there is non availability of milk and food for baby / senior citizens on PF No of Ratlam Junction. Vendor was very arrogant and rude when asked for help and said categorically I have paid huge money to authorities for getting stall license. Go& make complaint

@eCateringIRCTC great to see appointment of vendors who are refusing to provide food items which are mandatory as per tendering quota. Bcoz he said, he got licensed post giving huge money to senior officials under the table. Ratlam platform no 1. Can you fix this issue

@RailwaySeva pathetic rail coach of AC2. Toilet are stinking cleaning is not done even after raising complaint. He refused to clean the toilet and said need 500 rs for doing this job.

@RailMinIndia , I have been raising my grievances since last 4 days on IRCTC but it’s been completely ignored and very casual approach from railway authorities. PNR-2938973535 dt of Journey 30th Oct. AC 1st coach had rodent, which has damaged my bags and valuables.

@makemytripcare why are you refunding 20% when you are charging cancellation cover fees during billing of the invoice. When I have opted for zero cancellation charges, I should get the full refund. Stop cheating with customer.
