I ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad gaming laptop from @Flipkart but in that there is manufacturing defect, so raised a request regarding replacement but they are not giving me replacement. They are giving me refund but i need replacement because I bought that laptop in big billions sale.

Even they are not giving you full refund for your product. They are not helping you if they know issue is from there and seller side. I waited for 20 days to get desired resolution but i haven't got. They cheated me. I asked them every time to solve my concern.

I bought from Flipkart and as per Flipkart term & conditions I am eligible for 7days replacement policy. And as that brand is responsible for replacement.

They want for us to pay more for same product which ordered in less price.
If some senior person from Lenovo seeing this I want replacement, and if you are not giving replacement in that case I want compensation of same amount which i have to pay for same laptop.@TrakinTech

Means they know that on 2nov sale are starting and same laptop I can order with same price which I paid in last sale but now they are saying that we will give you refund after 17days while sale would have been ended. This is how Lenovo cheats with their customer.@TechnicalGuruji
