I am from Darbhanga, Bihar and I have booked Airtel Fiber with DTH. After 3 days of installation my DTH service is still not activated. I don't know why????

Thats why I want to withdraw my booking.

I have booked Airtel combo plan Airtel Fiber with DTH. After 3 days of installation my DTH service is still not working and a message shows on the screen "Dear customer, your account is not activated."

This is not good and never acceptable.
