DEAF EDUCATION IS THE BIGGEST SCAM IN THIS COUNTRY.
Teachers don't sign, but blame the deaf children. At home, parents don't sign. Most deaf kids get no access to learning, pass by copying (aided by their teachers). Language Deprivation & Abuse. @MSJEGOI @EduMinOfIndia @PMOIndia
