ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਚਲਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗਵਾਂਢੀ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਇਹ ਫਜ਼ੂਲ ਖ਼ਰਚਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
