@AishaYesufu But if you look at it in depth, the University does not run on the same setup as the civil service. IPPIS does not give room for Contract Lecturers, Visiting Lecturers, Sabbatical etc. ASUU was proposing an alternative system at no cost unlike IPPIS is not cost effective at all.
