@CIBIL_Official Again, to your point, it's the credit institution that I am applying for a loan with, which is authorized to access my records. Not all credit institutions should have access to my data, and not all should be harassing me with 1000 calls daily

@CIBIL_Official Like you said, it needs to be provided to the rightful individual, which in this case is the bank I am applying for a loan with. It does not mean my credit information gets shared with every bank in the country. Only my bank with which I have applied is authorized.

@M_pothani @TPCGlobeCares I have faced a similar issue. My package has been sitting and rotting in their delivery warehouse for two days and nobody picks up at the call number, the divert agent ignore all calls and the executive at originating location acts clueless. Highly unprofessional
