Great day out @ColchesterZoo I was so pleased to be able to have a chat with one of my favourite panto dames @mjbpanto after an entertaining and informative show by @theanimalguyz (actually we saw 2 shows). My ducks even stayed until lock up as they were having so much fun.
Fun day out in Norwich. Arrived in torrential rain and travelling home on a beautiful spring evening. Miss Saigon @NorwichTheatre Royal was an amazing production. It was good to see two performers I had previously seen in panto, Mikko Juan and Aaron Teoh.
@ClwydTweets tonight for 12th Night. Not for the Shakespeare purists but if you don’t mind a new ending and enjoy great acting by an exceptionally talented cast this is for you. @phylipharries was made for the part of Malvolio.
If, like me, you love Shakespeare and pantomime, the @BirminghamRep production of Midsummer Night's Dream is definitely for you. Comedy, great music, and singing plus amazing costumes. At the matinee today, we were also treated to curtain raiser about the changeling child.
We had a brilliant time on Sunday at the very well organised @UKPantomime awards at The Swan in High Wycombe. It was great to catch up with mates, but I was disappointed I did not get to speak lots of people. Took the opportunity on Monday to have an explore before heading home.
Just one Easter Panto this year, but my duck 19877 and I picked a good one. The Little Mermaid at The Broadway Catford was great fun. I even enjoyed hearing Baby Shark again!! Impressive programme produced by @JohnGoodLtd Great to catch up with @riding_jamie after the show.
A two show day in Glasgow with my two ducks. First @PlayPiePint for the very entertaining Miss Lockwood isn't Well and secondly, Flora Macdonald. Historically accurate and very powerful. She is usually remembered for helping Bonnie Prince Charlie escape but she is so much more.
Brilliant visit to panto yesterday at Brick Lane Music Hall with my friend Gill and 19877 (2nd of the run for me and 19877). Lovely afternoon tea, good company, very funny show with a talented cast, including @andrewrobley, who has spectacular outfits. 19877 even got on stage.

Panto 53 and the final of the season at Brick Lane Music Hall. Jack and His Giant Stalk. Delicious meal and a happy, buzzing atmosphere. 19877, and I had a great time. Lost count of the number of costume changes for @andrewrobley. How they manage with so little space is amazing
Panto 52 (the penultimate of the season), and what better place than @BirminghamHippo for the spectacular Robin Hood. It was made more fun as not only was 19877 with me but also Loretta Andrews. Luckily, the train delay to Birmingham was only 45 mins, we still had time for meal!
Panto 51, our annual family outing to the beautiful @TheatreRoyalBSE for the last night of panto. This year's Rapunzel was special as we were joined not only by 19877 but by our 5 month old grandson who loved his first panto.
Panto 50 (after a few train issues) Dick Whittington in Stevenage at the Gordon Craig Theatre. Fun to see a cockney alderman, Darren Day. He also doubled as Elvis in a great outfit. Delighted, I have now finished my longer trips away for this season. Two one nighters to go!
Panto 49 or 3A at Theatr Clywd via bus from Chester for my second visit to Cinderella. A packed and appreciative audience had a great time, as did I and 19877, who was not found last time I visited. Great theatre bar grub if you are in the area.
Panto 48 at Liverpool Everyman for a very different Jack and the Beanstalk. Congratulations to Emily Marsland for stepping in to play Alan Sucre. Lovely view of Liverpool Cathedral from the Holiday Inn Express 7th floor corridor.
Panto 47 at the beautiful @BradfordTheatre for Snow White. An evening filled with laughter and fun after a first class meal in Restaurant 1914. I always enjoy my annual trip to Bradford, good to share this one with Duck 19877 but I'm hoping for human company next year.
Panto 46 at the friendly and welcoming @GreenwichTheatr for the penultimate performance of Peter Pan. I was delighted that not only did I have the company of 19877 but also my husband @MacElsey. It was a miserable day outside, but fun was had in the auditorium.
