@stevensanderson @Seagate Did you get any worthwhile support from @seagate? I sent them my FAILED drive for warranty replacement. They've had it for 38 days and counting. Still no word on when I'll get it.

After 4 more days, 2 more emails, and 1 more snarky tweet the most I know is as of yesterday they claim "it is on its final stage and is being prepared to be shipped at any moment." Of course, "any moment" clearly means "someday...maybe."

.@westerndigital can you confirm that you're not related in any way to the customer service nightmare that is @seagate? That'd encourage me to buy drives only from you in the future. Meanwhile...still no definitive answers or even a rough estimate on the replacement of my drive

@Seagate Did anyone really think "Marco" and @seagate were going to follow through? Round 4 it is! Several days and two emails later...no new info. Well, they did update the website to INCORRECTLY say they got my drive 12/5, when tracking shows they got it 11/3.

45 minutes into my #wasteoftime with #CSR chat of the infuriating company that is #seagate. The ONLY thing that has happened is I've been told it's being escalated. No further details. Total for the day is up to 2 hour, 15 minutes. Zero resolution. Still gonna buy an #ironwolf?
