There are literally 100’s of apartment complexes throughout those areas.

To say there are no apartment complexes there is a abject lie. There are literally 100+ within 2 miles of where I live(steck & mopac).

So we get 1000’s if units in the western districts that won’t crush low income home owners.

Is this a bad thing? I’d love to hear your opinion.

Redevelop indeed campus at 2222 and 360.(d 10)

Redevelop sears at Hancock & Barton creek.(D10/9)

Also 3M campus off 183 & duval.

Would ⬆️ 1,000’s of units & not destroy ATX in the process.

@john102414 @ryan6351 @KVUE I don’t know what Austin you are talking about but 5 miles from zilker doesn’t even get you past Allendale. You do know that ATX goes past 45th street, right? Around 17 miles north of 45th st(and where the bulk of ATX is).

Do better, John. Learn about where you moved to.

You clearly have much to learn about Austin, I encourage you to leave your bubble and see all of it.

Also, you obsess over south austin, which is less than half of Austin. Look north, “cowboy”, you could learn something.

@ZodiacKodiak @WalkableAustin If you knew the yellow areas you would know that there are literally 1,000’s of multi family spaces in that. I literally live on a street that is only multiplexes and a huge apartment complex.

I also am less than a mile away from hundreds of multiplexes and apartments.
