@NFLosophy He hasn’t missed a game in two full seasons. You can argue he’s small and you’re worried about that aspect but this is just factually inaccurate
@flasportsbuzz It’s because those were the guys most often in the mock simulators that played the skill positions fans so often covet more than anything , so naturally fans think those are the best players. Nothing more than that
@OmarKelly At what point would you take the gamble on McCoy? Clearly the knee must be a massive issue but in round 4 where you’re throwing darts anyway why not take that risk?
@SiClancy Just pointing out JES indicated this. Build from inside out, and position versatility on the OL were both talking points a few weeks ago. He took his first pick and did both of those things. Just shouldn’t be a shock is all. I wanted Downs too but clearly they had no interest
@DanteCollinelli I would be shocked if they go receiver at 11. Just don’t believe a guy who’s been in Green Bay for 20+ years gets his chance to run a franchise and makes his first pick a receiver
@OmarKelly Not a soul on earth who thinks the Raiders will be any good this year- yet there’s not a soul on earth who doesn’t think they should take Mendoza. QB is the first piece in a rebuild. Why is the Dolphins decision getting crushed like it’s any different than that?
@PoupartNFL Also enjoy his stuff usually, still strongly disagree with the mock. Just makes no sense in year 1 of a rebuild where you basically need everything to take a tight end in the top 15. Then again - picking Warren last year would’ve worked out pretty well so what do I know ?
@PoupartNFL Don’t worry I saw another one today (can’t remember who it was) who had them going tight end at 11 which might’ve been the worst idea I have seen yet
@TheKostos UNC fanbase spent the day taking a victory lap about Dukes performance who ended up winning and then blew a 19 point second half lead in a loss
@PoupartNFL The waddle trade put them 7 million over the cap so another move is coming in the next day to clear the space and the only
options I see involve an extension for brooks/brewer or a trade/extension involving Achane
@billbarnwell Not saying it’s going to go the same way, but the Seahawks traded DK last year, signed a QB, hit massively on a few draft picks and won a Super Bowl the same year (no I don’t believe Miami is doing THAT but we just saw a quick turnaround with a similar plan just happen)
@billbarnwell Tanking is a stretch here considering they brought in what they believe is their QB. They have 11 draft picks including 7 of the first 94 and currently stand as the third highest available 2027 cap space. I would
Argue they have greatly positioned themselves for quick turnaround
