*Danger to the life of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya. Please share as much as possible!*

New information received from Adv. Nasser Odeh, the attorney for Dr. Abu Safiya, Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, who visited Dr. Abu Safiya at the "Rakefet" underground detention facility at Nitzan Prison, indicates a severe deterioration in his condition, to the point of an immediate threat to his life. Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) and his attorney are demanding his immediate transfer from the facility and an urgent visit by a judge to assess his condition firsthand—before it is too late.

Following new information received from a visit conducted by Adv. Nasser Odeh on July 2nd at the "Rakefet" facility in Nitzan Prison:

According to Adv. Odeh's affidavit, Dr. Abu Safiya arrived at the visit handcuffed and shackled, accompanied by masked prison guards. Fresh and severe injuries were visible on his head, around his eyes, on his ears, and on his neck, to the extent that his attorney had difficulty recognizing him. During the visit, Dr. Abu Safiya struggled to breathe and speak continuously; he appeared extremely weak, had difficulty sitting without falling over, and on several occasions leaned backward in a manner that raised concerns that he was about to lose consciousness. According to Adv. Odeh, he appeared terrified and in severe distress, and struggled to express himself for fear of retaliation. It is the attorney's direct and immediate impression that Dr. Abu Safiya is in immediate danger of death.

Dr. Abu Safiya told his attorney that shortly after the hearing (on June 10, 2026) regarding his appeal to the Supreme Court against the extension of his detention order, while he was held in isolation at Ganot Prison, four or five prison guards entered his cell and beat him all over his body, according to him with a hammer and batons. He added that since his transfer on June 24, 2026, to the "Rakefet" facility, he has been subjected to violence and beatings on a daily basis, and has lost consciousness several times, all without receiving adequate medical treatment. He told his attorney that he fears for his life, stating: "This is the last time you will see me... They brought me here to kill me. I am not imagining it. I see it. This is the end."

Following the visit, Adv. Odeh urgently contacted the Israel Prison Service (IPS) demanding an end to the abuse of Dr. Abu Safiya, his immediate transfer to another detention facility, and that he be granted urgent medical examination and treatment due to the real concern for his life.

Furthermore, Physicians for Human Rights has urgently appealed to the Attorney General, the Chair of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, the Chair of the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, the National Public Defender, and the Commissioner of the Israel Prison Service, demanding an immediate visit to Dr. Abu Safiya by an official entity outside the IPS, and to allow him an independent medical examination, due to the serious concern for his life.

Despite the High Court of Justice ruling this June against his release, Physicians for Human Rights reiterates its demand to release Dr. Abu Safiya and all other doctors held without charges or trial.

It should be noted that the "Rakefet" facility is an underground interrogation and detention facility at Nitzan Prison, regarding which severe testimonies and allegations of violence and abuse against detainees have been published in the past.

Physicians for Human Rights Israel warns that given Dr. Abu Safiya's health condition and the information provided by his attorney, any delay in intervention could put his life in real danger.

The U.S. just sold $500 million of Venezuelan oil.

But they deposited the money in Qatar.

Not the U.S. Not Venezuela. Qatar.

Here is why that satisfies detail changes everything you think you know about what just happened.

Venezuela owes $170 billion to international creditors. Bondholders. Oil companies. China. Everyone is owed money.

Any account in the U.S. or Venezuela would be immediately seized through litigation.

So the Trump administration parked the money in Qatar. A “neutral venue” where funds flow freely with U.S. approval and without risk of seizure.

This is not liberation. This is not regime change. This is not intervention.

This is the first operational deployment of a new architecture for sovereign resource capture.

The sequence:

- January 3: Capture the president
- January 6: Announce U.S. will “run” oil sector indefinitely
- January 9: Sign Executive Order shielding revenues from all creditors
- January 14: Complete first $500 million sale

Twelve days from military operation to revenue capture.

Iraq took six years to sign its first major oil contracts after 2003. Foreign companies operated under Iraqi law. Revenues went to Iraqi accounts.

Venezuela 2026: The U.S. government directly markets the oil, completes the sales, and deposits proceeds in accounts it controls in third countries.

This has never happened before. Never! Yup!

Not in Iraq. Not in Libya. Not in Kuwait. Not anywhere since 1945.

The Executive Order is the key document. It declares that Venezuelan oil revenues are exempt from all creditor claims, all legal judgments, all international arbitration.

With one signature, $170 billion in legal obligations became unenforceable.

The international legal architecture built over 80 years was bypassed through a domestic Executive Order and an account in Doha.

ExxonMobil’s CEO called Venezuela “uninvestible” at the White House meeting last week.

He is correct. And it does not matter.

When the U.S. government controls the revenue stream, shields it from courts, and promises to “make it real easy,” the old investment calculus is obsolete.

The template is now operational:

- Designate government as narcoterrorist.
- Deploy military to capture leadership.
- Install cooperative interim authority.
- Issue Executive Order voiding all prior obligations.
- Sell resources through U.S.-controlled channels.
- Deposit proceeds in jurisdictions beyond legal reach.

Any nation with vast natural resources, a government whose legitimacy can be contested, and insufficient military deterrence just watched this template execute in real time.

Venezuela has 303+ billion barrels of proven reserves.

The largest on Earth.

The U.S. now controls the revenue stream.

This is not a story about Trump or Maduro or intervention ethics.

This is the birth of a new imperial architecture that renders the post-Westphalian legal order irrelevant through financial engineering and offshore banking.

The 21st century will not be shaped by international law.

1. Allegations of “mass casualties” among Iran protesters are not dependable. They come from a group called Center for Human Rights in Iran. The Center for Human Rights in Iran is NOT in Iran. It is in New York.

2. Is it an Iranian group? No. It is financed by the CIA-adjacent National Endowment for Democracy in Washington DC and related bodies, specializing in disinformation.

3. It is led by the people of Iran? No. The chairwoman is Minky Worden, an American who ran anti-China campaigns for many years. She tried to get the Beijing winter Olympics renamed "the genocide Olympics" and cancelled. She failed.

4. Previously, Ms Worden worked closely with the Hong Kong "pro-democracy" movement (also NED-funded) and her husband was on the board of Apple Daily and had a contract with the Pentagon. Yes, the US regime-change operations around the world are THAT incestuous.

5. The other main source of unbelievable tales of massive protests and huge numbers of deaths in Iran are coming from the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA). This is also a NED-funded, US-based disinformation outlet.

IN REALITY, IRANIANS HAVE BECOME LESS ANTI-GOVERNMENT

6. Having said that, protest groups against the Iranian government do exist, but they are not large. Western groups including the NED-funded media, and the Persian service of Voice of America, have spent years cultivating anti-government groups.

But Trump’s bombing campaigns, and Israel’s shocking behavior in Gaza, has meant Iranians have become very notably LESS anti-government, not more.

7. The loudest and most prominent Iranian “protest leader” quoted in the west is Masih Alinejad, a women who was salaried by NED for years, and currently works for the US Agency for Global Media.

8. Which part of Iran does she live in? No part of Iran. She lives in the US.

9. What’s her professional background? Propaganda. Her job was and is to push pro-US anti-Iran propaganda through various media services. Despite this, she is quoted in the media as if she is a reliable source of news from the people of Iran.

10. Press reports show that between 2015 and 2022 alone, Masih Alinejad received US$628,000 in funding from NED and related groups. And yes, this regime-change campaigner received a nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize.

'U.S. CAN CREATE A POPULAR UPRISING'

11. Remember Mahsa Jina Amini, a woman said to have been beaten to death by Iran police for wearing her hijab wrongly? Masih Alinejad pushed that tale, but it was debunked by a security video, which showed that no one was standing near her when she collapsed through a medical issue.

12. A 2009 Brookings policy paper "Which Path to Persia?" goes into detail about how the US can take control of Iran. The idea would be to create mobs attacking government facilities, which can be labelled a “popular uprising” by the media, and by fostering division in multiple ways and putting puppet leaders in control.

Variations of this US game plan have been used multiple times around the world.

WOMEN'S RIGHTS

13. Why is so much of the US propaganda about Iran based on alleged violations of women’s rights? Because similar US disinformation operations in other places, such as Afghanistan and Pakistan, showed that women’s rights made western audiences angrier faster than weaponization of the usual western “Big Three” propaganda lines: Democracy, freedom and human rights.

14. Is the “strictly hijabs only” tale true? No. In general, women in Iran do prefer to dress modestly in Islamic fashion, but it’s far more relaxed and tolerant that the US propagandists pretend.

Think of the religious dress codes of Indonesia and Malaysia, for example, where most people dress modestly and religiously, but the atmosphere is tolerant and reasonable.

15. What about the atrocity stories of ill-treated women? They are invented and circulated by US and Israeli sources: the US has long had an atrocity fabrication department (see AB Abram’s research for numerous examples of their work worldwide).

16. Academic essays apparently “proving” that most Iranians want a US-allied leadership appear in The Journal of Democracy – which is portrayed as if it was a university-style academic publication, but it's actually a NED magazine.

17. NED operatives have spent years in Iran, funding scholars and journalists to build up a stranglehold in many educational, civic and media groups, just as they did in Hong Kong, and have done in many places.

18. A widely quoted group from Iranian politics is the Foundation for Democracy in Iran. This is also not Iranian. It is funded by NED and the executive director is American activist Kenneth R. Timmerman.

19. Iranians are smart. They know about NED and nickname it “National Enemy of Democracy”.
