@TTChelps @TTCnotices @MayorOliviaChow can you explain why customers should take line 6 (Finch LRT) when there is 26 min gap between vehicles. Staff at Jane and Finch stop was quite helpful. Faster for me to take a 35 Jane bus to Pioneer Stn and subway south to Finch West.

@TTChelps I'm curious to know if there are service issues along Eglinton West. Waited almost 40 mins for a bus at Renforth Transitway. I wasn't able to get on when a bus did arrive, leaving almost additional 20 potential riders for the next bus which is estimated 19 mins
