@velion @Beard72Strong I do also want to note that if Vel did say it was you I obviously didn't hear him since you & I have talked before so it's mostly an outside perspective on what I saw and know personally from schooling/training rather than a bias perspective as well.

@velion @Beard72Strong From what I can recall is there was no squat usage and it looked to be mostly all upper body pulling rather utilizing the legs. I could also be wrong here as the angle on the camera view may have not been well but it also looked like your lower back was arching which isn’t good
