.@TeamStubHub I have DM'd you. I bought tickets and travelled to the event to find an email that says we need to replace your tickets. There are no replacement tickets and only a refund being issued. Why not send an email that says "we need to refund you?" Ridiculous expereince.

I got sold a scam by @TeamStubHub @StubHubCA @StubHub I travelled to the event and the tickets do not work. They will not provide me a new ticket. This is terrible customer service and the buyer guarantee only hurts the buyer and protects stubhub. Ridiculous.
