Super happy to hear Returnal is getting a PC port. Been itching to play but PS5 has not been an option for us

And at the rate things are going, even if it did become an option, Steam Deck is looking like a better buy in for me anyway 🤔

I threw out New Years Resolutions a couple of years ago in exchange for “cleaning up last year”. Part of this was an annual review and it was LIFE CHNAGING for me

I think more people could greatly benefit from it

@Muggshotter Yes! Neither side is at fault here - the nature of the problem falls on the developers

Teaching new players how to ask meaningful questions (ex replay feature that shows question prompts for players to answer) will educate experienced players on how to better guide and teach

I also spent a good amount of time on randomizers. Fantastic way to breathe extra life into some game archetypes

SMZ3 is probably my fav here. Great mashup

Axiom Verge, Metroid Dread, and Barvely Default 2 randos all were a lot of fun, too

With all that was going on, I didn’t play too much this year but my two big finds were:

Elechead (pixel puzzle platformer)
Crystal Project (Metroidvania overworld, jrpg job battle system)

Both were absolute joys I highly recommend

Aside: I use Notion for my recording. A steep building curve but worth the investment
