Trained for 16 weeks. Flew from Dublin to Seville on Saturday to take part in @MaratonSevilla on Sunday (sub 3:45 target). 3am Sunday morning I’m sick in my hotel and can’t run the race. I’ve been in my hotel room since! Best laid plans sometimes just don’t work out!! 🏃 🤮 😞
