The NTB threatens a tour operator in a public forum. A ministry challenges Freetown’s mayor to provide receipts. The Chief Minister grumbles of opposition party bots. The common complaint? You’re making us look bad. Here’s a thought. Maybe it’s not us who are making that happen.
Remember that one time you said, “If Drizilik comes back to London, a de go”? 👀
Well guess what, you time don reach!

BREAKING: Foreign-born leader comes to Oval Office, dressed down in a disrespectful manner, having already received billions from America, asking for American taxpayers to keep paying him more billions, subsidizing him for years to come:
I arrived at Freetown’s Lungi International Airport yesterday.
It wasn't what I expected.
I came prepared for long lines, inefficiency, noise, and chaos. Instead, I was met with warmth, love, and professionalism.
So many airport workers came up to me to say hello, each one beaming. No one asked me for money.
Instead what I heard was:
“Vickie, I read everything you post.”
“Welcome Single Ladies President!”
“Vickie, how Olu? Greet am for me.”
“No worry if dem no gee you light way day kam fan you.” (a #DearEDSA inside joke)
We laughed. I got hugs and handshakes and words of encouragment.
One woman a Ms. Palmer told me I make her so proud she said please keep doing what you are doing. She was so kind.
When I got to Sea Coach, again nothing but warmth.
One of the guys there said:
“Vickie we all na ya na Olu e Uncle dem.”
We laughed.
I feel blessed to be so loved by everyday Sierra Leoneans.
I don't have power and I don't have money but somehow thanks to the internet and words and media that I post on my channels I've been able to connect and uplift so many people.
Thank you to everyone at Lungi yesterday, I know its not easy doing what you do. I know its hard. I know the salary no day do but y’all have elevated the standard of professionalism and I'm very proud of you.
Na ya na Salone❤️
When positions are given at the pleasure of a president and not on competence or the needs of the country, when good people are unashamedly condemed. The corrupt are hailed, protected and promoted. Those who should speakout are on the "take" or mute. We weep
