This week is a scorcher in our classrooms we need action! We recently secured legislation, sponsored by @jamesskoufis and @EachusAD99, to set maximum temps in schools. Now, the governor’s signature is all we need for this bill to become law.

The pension reforms included in the final State Budget sound small but are significant to the average career educator in Tier 6. It could be a difference of $100,000 over the course of their retirement. These are important steps to #FixTier6. @NYSUT
