What it Means to be Slime- Xenogenders and a Mogai Retrospection is live now on my substack! This will be the first entry in my xenogender series. The next one I want to see if anyone wants to give submissions, just blurbs describing your xeno.
@swissfamilyp@Evuhwei@Si11iestGoose@AIicro Is it fake for a cys woman who's had a total hysterectomy/removal of the ovaries to get period symptoms from exogenous estrogen they take? No it isn't. And these comparisons shouldn't be necessary anyway.
@Evuhwei@Si11iestGoose@swissfamilyp@AIicro Yeah I've seen tons of trans women have period symptoms. I've even known it to be bad enough that they switch back to pills to avoid the cycle. Just like other folks who get them, it's diff 4 every1. I grew up around cys girls who'd never had a single symptom but bleeding.
@Si11iestGoose@Evuhwei@swissfamilyp@AIicro Anyone who experiences a period does so when their estrogen is lowest and testosterone is highest. Trans women who experience periods are no different, getting symptoms when their estrogen is lowest. It's a common misbelief that it's the opposite.
@EstrogenChic@dannstacks Ah no I see maybe it's that gender is the internality, the feeling. And so we are always our gender and the physical is the sex. Sorry lol apparently just had to work it out aloud.
@EstrogenChic@dannstacks Like do you just mean you don't believe in gender but accept if other folks do? Do nonbinary people have a gender and a sex but binary folks don't? Or is any hormone profile/set of physical traits that isn't aligned with the binary a non binary sex?
@Nat20Erika@KinaMagica It isn't. It states that testosterone ALWAYS required a prior authorization because it's scheduled. The bullet point states that it will now treat estrogen that way for trans patients as well. It goes on to say T will STILL require the PA that it always has.
Fuck it, here’s a comprehensive thread of the demonstrable racism in the 4klanner/white klansgender community.
(FYI these are JUST the examples of racism. There are also many others including constant fakeclaiming/misgendering of trans people they disagree with)

@z29kk@Touyboxez Only 40% of people experience period stoppage on birth control. I've tried every birth control that exists and none of them fully stop my period.
Suicidal on trans day of visibility because of you fucking people. Congratulations. Suicidal because of "the trans community" 10 years ago today and nothing has changed. But it's def me and mine harming the community huh. It's me killing the community with my pronouns. Fuck you
@catkaldir The bases are different in that the cream does indeed absorb better, often higher concentration, and you lose less to evaporation. It also feels more comfortable, less sticky. But putting it in a cream isn't going to stop it from being absorbed into the bloodstream.
@catkaldir All topical testosterone that currently exists is systemic. It is less so when applied to certain areas, but we have yet to invent any topical T, cream or gel, that is not absorbed into the bloodstream. I also can't find any information that cream is v diff from gel.
