At 128 lbs, I was in the underweight category on the body mass index at 18.4. My BMI is now 21.1, which is in the normal range.

I'm happy to say that I have gained nearly 20 pounds since July of 2019. I dropped all the way down to 128 lbs at that time, and I now weigh 147 lbs. I am aiming for 150 or 160 lbs, possibly more depending on how much muscle I can gain. I feel the best I have in a while now.
